Dear Friends,
As we emerge from Thanksgiving weekend, I wanted to reach out to send warmest regards to you and your entire family, hoping that you had a wonderful day on Thursday, and that you enjoyed a lovely weekend as the Holiday season officially begins now.
This last year has certainly been a very strange one in so many ways, with numerous disappointments along the way in terms of disruptions in our daily lives and things that we have been looking forward to which could not happen (or which happened virtually, which is certainly a different experience). But for Thanksgiving, I think it’s important to focus on the positives…
First and foremost, I am thankful for YOU! We greatly appreciate the ongoing support of all our friends and fans, and we were absolutely thrilled to be able to see you and perform regularly for you again this past summer and fall. It was an amazing feeling for us to be back on stage together making music for you, and the sound of your enthusiastic cheers and applause was a clear signal that we made thousands of people very happy over the last six months!
I am also sincerely grateful for our wonderful musicians, whose time and talents make Swingtime all that it is, and it’s an absolute pleasure and honor for me to work with them and lead them as we bring this great American music to life! I am very pleased that all of our members are indeed in good health, and I wish continued good health and safety to everyone as we enjoy the Holiday season!
