December 2020
Dear Friends,
We hope that you are enjoying this festive season so far, and that you and your loved ones remain healthy and in good spirits as we celebrate the December Holidays (including Frank Sinatra’s birthday, which just happened on Dec. 12!).
Our Holiday gift to you this year is a musical one! We recently found some video clips from our 2018 Holiday show at The Madison Theatre, so we are happy to include one of those here (as seen in the photo above)! Back in 1950, Bing Crosby and the Andrews Sisters created an instant Holiday classic—the Hawaiian Christmas song, Mele Kalikimaka! In honor of the 70th anniversary of the release of that recording, please click here to see and hear Zack, Bobbie and the band offer up a little taste of Christmas Hawaiian style!
We hope you enjoy that, and, while we have greatly missed seeing you and playing for you, we take this Holiday time with family and friends to count our blessings and look forward to a much brighter 2021 for everyone. Now that the vaccine distribution has begun, there is indeed a light at the end of this long tunnel, so we are hopeful that we can gather again soon to swing for you in person.
In the meantime, we want to be sure that all of you remain safe and healthy, so so…PLEASE…keep up with all the good health protocols: maintain your social distancing, regular hand washing/sanitizing, and wearing your masks in public.
