When playing for dances, Swingtime expertly performs a healthy variety of ballroom styles and tempos to keep all the dancers engaged and excited. For concerts, we offer a wide range of thematic programs which can be adjusted to fit any setting and any time of year, plus, with bandleader Steve Shaiman as the informative host, Swingtime really is the ultimate tribute band—authentically recreating an entire era of classic American music!

Private Parties
Swingtime Big Band has been the featured entertainment for special occasions ranging from milestone birthday parties and anniversary celebrations to weddings and family reunions. In each case, the people organizing the event knew that the music was the “make or break” element of their affair, and that having the standard DJ or small combo band would not make a very memorable impression.
